Many workers have valuable experience from a wide range of places, but a "skills literacy" gap means it is hard to match them with the jobs that need those skills. Learn how we can solve this problem with a new approach that includes standardised skill descriptions, seperating technical from behavioural attributes, and the creation of a national skills bank.
