Hello Skills Champion,

It’s been a big year here at SkillsAware, if mostly behind the scenes. We’re excited for 2025 and making skills recognition happen for your organisation and for workers all across Australia.

In our monthly newsletter, we’ll be sharing what’s happening at SkillsAware and providing updates on the fast-paced world of skills.

This month, we’re exploring how organisations benefit from capturing their skills data and gaining a view of their workforce’s capabilities. Plus, our guide gives a run-down on the positive impact skills recognition and skills visibility can have for any organisation - and on the technology that can make that happen.
